Job Summary:

The basic duty and responsibility of the position is to contribute to the delivery of quality and safety of product consistent with the vision, mission and values of Gourmet Food Manufacturing Corporation.

The All-around Maintenance is responsible for technical assistance on mechanical, electricals, plumbing and carpentry works to Maintenance Supervisor in performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently.

  2. Inspects buildings, equipment, and system to identify any issues.

3.General upkeep and repairs on the area of mechanical, electricals, plumbing and carpentry.

Repairs faulty equipment units, electronic operated machine, faulty electrical wirings and other electrical works, plumbing system in factory facility and repair damaged structures.

4.Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective actions.

  1. Diagnose broken assets with repairs on equipment, electrically operated machine, plumbing system and carpentry works.

  2. Maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks.

  3. Keep hard tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean.

  4. Conducting routine inspections of premises, checking the equipment, electrical fixtures, plumbing and facility repair (carpentry).

  5. Handling repairs and maintenance.

  6. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

  7. Perform general maintenance works to avoid possible failures and malfunction.

  8. Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

  9. Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

  10. Analyze repair requests and troubleshoot them.

  11. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment, electrical fixtures, and plumbing systems to ensure everything is up to standards.

  12. Performing general maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
