Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inspect building and check repairs or renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Perform preventive and proactive maintenance (general).
  • Coordinate with the 3 party technician whenever necessary.
  • Travelling to other work sites if needed.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With active Electrician NCII is advantageous.
  • Must have experience in performing building maintenance and electrical wiring.
  • Can drive (4 wheels) and with a valid driver's license RC: 1,2 is advantageous.
  • Willing to work full time on-site and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
