We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading construction company. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and control functions, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, cost control, and financial management within the construction or real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure sufficient funding for projects.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis and monitor project budgets to support construction project teams.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • At least 7–10 years of finance/accounting experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in construction, real estate development, or engineering industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in financial systems, ERP tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
