THE RGP CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

RGP has a unique consulting model that provides opportunities for consultants to work in different ways. Most consultants work in a model where they have the flexibility and autonomy to choose projects aligning to their experience, skills and desired lifestyle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Balance Sheet Accounts Data Validation
  • Leading/Monitoring Data Validation Error Resolution
  • Business Simulation Testing/User Acceptance Testing & monitoring on new SAP Capabilities
  • Updating process documentations
  • Review & conduct training to end users on new SAP capabilities

Qualifications
:

  • Have work experience in SAP 4 Hana especially on Balance sheet data extraction
  • Minimum 4+ years of SAP 4 Hana experience required
  • Have work experience in JIRA testing
  • Have good English communication (comprehension and writing) skills
  • Have experience in Balance sheet reconciliation and resolution
  • Have experience in documenting system manual/process documentations
  • Have experience in knowledge transfer/training
  • Have good Microsoft word/excel/teams/outlook skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can work under pressure/tight timeline
  • Have good compliance mindset

Other Details:

  • Shift – Must be available in Mid shift
  • Mid shift hours are specifically 2pm-11pm
  • Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026).
  • Location is in Paranaque
  • The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
  • Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
