PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We're seeking motivated
Junior Master Data Analysts
to support the team in enhancing data accuracy and strengthening business intelligence capabilities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with experience in data operations, master data, and analytics who want to gain hands-on exposure to data governance, contract data interpretation, and visualization tools. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical commercial customer data while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and extract information from executed customer contracts accurately.
• Conduct data cleansing and validation to maintain dataset integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights.
• Support data-related projects, reporting, and analyses.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using
  Tableau or Power BI
  .
• Contribute to automation and process optimization (experience with
  Alteryx, macros, or RPA
  is a plus).
• Document processes and maintain data quality standards.
• Stay updated on best practices in data management and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in data operations, master data management, or data analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in contracting, quoting, pricing, or a related function within a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in
  Tableau or Power BI
  required.
• Preferred: Experience in
  Alteryx, macros, or RPA
  .
