PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We're seeking detail-oriented
Data Visualization and Automation Analysts
to join our client's team and enable stakeholders through interactive dashboards, automation tools, and data storytelling. This role is designed for professionals who want to apply advanced visualization skills with
Power BI
and leverage automation technologies such as
RPA
to streamline business processes. You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using
  Power BI
  .
• Apply
  RPA and automation tools
  to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Use
  data storytelling
  techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into visualization/automation solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data-driven outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data visualization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in
  data visualization and automation
  roles.
• Strong proficiency in
  Power BI
  (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Experience with
  RPA tools
  (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
• Experience in automation scripting or macros is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
