What we need:

  • At least 6 months of proven customer support with technical experience (with ISP experience) and good tenurity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
  • Candidate can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expert
  • Can start ASAP (August 2025)
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work on site in McKinley, Taguig
