Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative located in Taguig. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving user issues. The role also involves responding to support tickets, documenting solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hardware and software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to maintain a high level of user satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in a technical support role is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are beneficial
