Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing calendar for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and sales goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, product bundles, activations, and events.
  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and retail partners for seamless campaign execution.
  • Organize brand activations, trade fairs, and customer events.
  • Lead community engagement efforts, including influencer partnerships and CSR activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (FMCG background is a plus).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with social media, digital tools, and basic analytics.
