Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, equity, and positioning in competitive FMCG markets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and product messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and product launches.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, packaging, and promotional activities while ensuring budget compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using tools like Nielsen, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative mindset with a strong commercial sense, capable of turning consumer insights into actionable brand strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
