Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Content Creation


• Write engaging content for brochures, social media posts, ads, websites, and other

marketing materials.


• Ensure tone and messaging reflect the high-end image of the company's projects.

Graphic Design


• Create visual materials including flyers, posters, digital ads, and social media graphics.


• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and support marketing goals.

Brand Marketing


• Support the implementation of brand strategies to strengthen project visibility and

positioning.


• Assist in maintaining a consistent and upscale brand image across all marketing platforms.

Marketing Support


• Assist in organizing events, project launches, and promotional activities.


• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and third-party vendors for production and delivery of

materials.


• Help monitor marketing campaigns and gather data for reporting.

Digital & Social Media Support


• Contribute ideas and content for digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites).


• Assist in basic scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring on social media.

Job Qualifications:


• Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related

course.


• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising.


• Background in real estate marketing is a strong advantage; experience with luxury

condominium projects is preferred.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.


• Strong writing and communication skills in English.


• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
