Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar aligned with brand and sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, product bundles, and events.
  • Coordinate brand activations, trade fairs, and in-store activities with distributors and retailers.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives, influencer collaborations, and CSR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Liaise with agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials and execute campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing or brand management (FMCG experience a plus).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong project management and digital marketing skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
