QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering course.
  • Preferably a resident of Marikina or nearby cities, but must be willing to travel and be assigned to various projects across LUZON;
  • Preferably with previous background in Telecom Construction Industry;
  • Ability to manage and supervise manpower on-site;
  • Proficient in computer applications; knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is an advantage;
  • Must have strong integrity and good moral character;
  • Willing to stay on-site and travel within the Philippines as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and monitor site work progress to ensure compliance with the approved DDD, client requirements, and industry standards;
  • Ensure that daily progress reports are submitted through the client's preferred applications, such as ISDP, WhatsApp, and Viber;
  • Estimate and forecast labor and material costs for the project, prepare requisitions for necessary tools, materials, and budget to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion;
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Design, QS, Purchasing, and Site personnel;
  • Track and document design and construction changes to support Variation Order (VO) claims;
  • Conduct site inspections as needed, including but not limited to SKOM, pre-PAT, and PAT;
  • Ensure compliance with manpower payroll requirements through designated applications;
  • Manage budget replenishment and liquidation processes;
  • Assist Purchasing in identifying local suppliers by providing necessary details and documents;
  • Ensure that delivered materials meet the required specifications, quality, and quantity, and promptly report any discrepancies;
  • Compile and submit all necessary project close-out documents;
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and turnover of issued tools and equipment when not in use;
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
