Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, leading crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, legal regulations, and building codes to maintain a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
  • Conduct inspections to monitor and assess the quality of work, identify any issues, and implement necessary corrections.
  • Report any issues, delays, or changes in project scope to the project manager promptly.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Good leadership-can handle a team of 30 to 40 workers.
  • At least 5 years experience as foreman/supervisor for rebar works and formworks combined.
  • Physically fit.
  • Good moral character.
  • Can work extended hours, can work for night shift.
  • Amenable to work as Project-based employee.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
