QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering course.
  • At least one (1) year of related telecom construction experience, particularly in CME, are preferred;
  • Preferably a resident of MARIKINA or nearby cities;
  • Willing to stay on-site and travel to various projects in LUZON;
  • Proficient in driving and holds a valid driver's license;
  • Ability to manage and supervise on-site manpower;
  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and plans;
  • Must possess strong integrity and good moral character;

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and monitor site work progress to ensure compliance with the approved Detailed Design Drawings (DDD) and standards as per client requirements.
  • Ensure that daily progress reports are submitted through the client's preferred platforms such as ISDP, WhatsApp, Viber, among others.
  • Estimate and forecast the cost of labor and materials required for the project. Prepare requisitions for the necessary tools, materials, and budget to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments including Design, Quantity Surveying (QS), Purchasing, and Site Personnel.
  • Track and document any changes to the design and/or construction works to support Variation Order (VO) claims.
  • Conduct site inspections as needed, including but not limited to SKOM, pre-PAT, and PAT. Ensure that manpower payroll requirements are submitted using the designated applications.
  • Comply with the requirements for budget replenishment and liquidation. Assist the Purchasing team by identifying local suppliers and providing the necessary details and documents.
  • Ensure that delivered materials meet the required specifications, quality, and quantity. Report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Consistently collate all necessary close-out documents required for project turnover.
  • Ensure that issued tools and equipment are properly maintained and returned when not in use.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional working relationship within the department and with clients.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
