About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Learning Assistant to support the implementation and maintenance of digital training materials across our global teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading, formatting, and maintaining e-learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS). This is an execution-focused role that operates under direct supervision from senior management. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure training modules are accurate, up to date, and aligned with company standards.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and organise e-learning content on the LMS
  • Format, proofread, and update digital training materials as instructed
  • Assist in the preparation of training modules, guides, and assessments
  • Support the HR and Operations teams with onboarding and training-related tasks
  • Test e-learning modules to ensure accuracy and proper functionality
  • Track and report on learner progress when required
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all training content

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with e-learning content or Learning Management Systems
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with TalentLMS, Moodle, or similar LMS platforms is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Canva for course formatting
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

Working Days / Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CEST Time)
