JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Ensures all claims for patient visits, diagnoses and medical procedures are submitted to insurance companies, patients and other payers.

-Accurately and timely post insurance payments, calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary and follow up claim denials.

-Generate aging report, analyze and work on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.

-Prepares documents requested by insurance companies in conjunction with claims or preparing documents to be sent out for appeals purposes.

- Answer all patient or insurance inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have experience in handling US Health Insurance

- Must be willing to work during EST Timezone (Graveyard shift) 8PM – 5AM Monday-Friday (FULL-TIME)

- Applicant Country of Residence: Philippines only

- Applicants should have their own Laptop/Desktop minimum of i5 processor
