Remote Medical Biller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our remote team. This role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Philippine. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in medical billing processes and demonstrate excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review and process medical claims for various healthcare providers.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with healthcare providers and payers.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and payment status.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.
• Communicate effectively in English with clients, team members, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate remotely with the billing team and management to improve processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on medical billing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing codes, CPT, ICD-10, and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes and payer policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Billing or Coding.
• Previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams.
