Conversion Specialist

Paranaque City, Calabarzon, Philippines RCD Land Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

This role involves coordinating with government agencies and departments within the company to complete tile transfer as required within the standard process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Document Review & Validation
    • Verify completeness and accuracy of all documents related to title transfer.- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and company requirements before submission.

  • Title Transfer Processing

  • Prepare, file, and process applications with relevant institutions, including but not limited to the Registry of Deeds (RD), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor's Office, Treasurer's Office, and Local Government Units (LGUs).- Ensure timely release of Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) and Tax Declarations.

  • Coordination & Liaison

  • Represent the company in dealings with government agencies and authorized officers.- Follow up on pending applications and resolve discrepancies or issues as needed.- Track and update the status of each title transfer in the monitoring file.- Generate regular progress reports for management and client reference.- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents.- Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws, BIR regulations, and LGU requirements.- Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to management promptly.Qualifications

  • Graduate of Real Estate Management or Any Related Course

  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in real estate documentation, title transfer or liaison work with government agencies preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
