About the Role:

DigiPlus is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Field Promoter Specialist to be the face of our brand in the field. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, engaging potential customers directly, and maximizing sales conversion at various activation sites, events, and retail locations. This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone who loves meeting new people and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively approach, engage, and inform potential customers about DigiPlus products and promotions at various public locations and events.
  • Sales Conversion: Successfully promote products and services, leading to direct sales, sign-ups, or leads, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly targets.
  • Brand Ambassador: Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional representation of the DigiPlus brand at all times.
  • Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and events, ensuring the area is organized and visually appealing.
  • Reporting: Accurately track and report daily activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Field Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in field promotion, direct sales, product demonstration, or brand activation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Tagalog; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Attitude: Highly enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven outdoor environment.
  • Education: At least a High School Graduate or Vocational/College level qualification.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
