Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will manage billing, collections, and reconciliation processes with accuracy and professionalism. From creating invoices to resolving discrepancies and maintaining records, you'll play a key role in securing timely payments and supporting global financial operations.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Mon-Fri / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze them, and develop solutions to ensure smooth payment processes
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus to ensure accuracy in financial records and billing
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-up tasks

Your Daily Tasks

  • Billing & Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers for services or goods provided
  • Payment Collection: Follow up on past-due accounts through calls and other methods to secure payment
  • Outbound Calls: Reach out to clients with outstanding balances
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing issues, payment errors, and disputes with customers or insurance providers
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring reconciled accounts and correctly posted payments
  • Reporting: Assist with financial reporting on outstanding invoices, cash flow, and accounts receivable aging
