Job Title: Area Sales Representative – Cebu

Location: Cebu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Representative (ASR) to handle sales operations in Cebu. The ideal candidate must have experience as an ASR in at least one of the following industries: construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools. This role involves managing client accounts, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales accounts within the Cebu area.
  • Promote and sell products to dealers, retailers, and direct customers.
  • Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools.
  • Must hold a Professional Driver's License.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within Cebu for fieldwork.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
