AREA SALES MANAGER (30,000 STARTING)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware or construction-related products.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team in a regional or area-based role
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Visayas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the hardware industry (tools, construction supplies, fittings, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the company's market share in the region.
  • Manage key hardware accounts and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Lead, train, and supervise Sales Representatives assigned within North Luzon.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Assign territories, set goals, and ensure KPIs are achieved by the team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing client concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to meet customer requirements

_ AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE (20,000-25,000)_

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years experience in hardware
  • With professional driver's license
  • Ensure the achievement of regional sales target by orienting, training, and guiding company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers, etc.)
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Acquire new sales partners for GenTrade concept stores
  • Maintains and expands customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Get client orders and monitor concerns from gen trade partner
