Position Title:
Assistant Manager, Finance – Asia Investment Management

Key Responsibilitie

  • sSupport the financial close process of SLIMA as a separate legal entity and ROHK AIM cost centers, including journal entry creation and posting
  • .Prepare SLIMA's group financial reporting submissions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • .Coordinate with RO on AIM and SLIMA's intercompany billing and settlement processes
  • .Review all vendor payment requests, supporting documents, and approval evidence to ensure timely and accurate business expense payments to vendors and other business units
  • .Review ROHK staff reimbursement requests, supporting documents, and approval evidence for timely reimbursement payments
  • .Manage ROHK corporate card programs and ensure timely submission of Concur reports by business users for internal review and settlement with the issuing bank
  • .Gather and compile expenses, payments, and reimbursement data for ROHK as Payment Summary Reports, ensuring accurate accounting entries for monthly financial reporting
  • .Liaise with travel management companies and internal stakeholders to review travel spends and manage centralized settlements of travel expenses
  • .Review and monitor expenses incurred by ROHK, such as mobile charges and other ad hoc reviews
  • .Support online banking system user management for ROHK
  • .Support Finance initiatives including system implementations, faster close initiatives, and other projects
  • .Report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance, Asia

Requiremen**

  • tsUniversity graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • s.CPA qualification is a mus
  • t.At least 5+ years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, business management, or operation
  • s.Strong knowledge in expense disbursement, payment approvals, and banking system user setup/maintenanc
  • e.Ability to consolidate and organize information from multiple sources into meaningful business report
  • s.Capable of multitasking and working in a multicultural environmen
  • t.Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work professionally with executive secretaries, department heads, and functional leader
  • s.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data compilation and reporting skill
  • s.Excellent written and spoken English communication skill
  • s.Experience in the asset and wealth management industry is an advantag
