We are seeking a
highly experienced Senior Finance Manager
to support end-to-end finance system implementation projects within a dynamic, multinational environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in
SAP S/4HANA
and
SAP Ariba
, and demonstrate strong leadership and project coordination skills across finance systems, invoice processing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the FR Head and ROFO Head, to drive successful execution of finance system projects.
  • Coordinate deliverables across project phases, ensuring full documentation, issue escalation, and smooth handover upon completion.
  • Provide clear, consistent project updates and actively support resolution of issues and delays.
  • Oversee
    invoice processing and accounts payable
    functions for ROHQ-Manila.
  • Assist the ROFO Head with finance-related tasks and
    special project initiatives
    .

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
    , or related field
  • 6–10 years
    of hands-on involvement in
    finance systems implementation and project rollouts
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP S/4HANA
    , particularly in
    FICO and Accounts Payable modules
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience using SAP Ariba
    in a finance systems capacity
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Self-driven, organized, and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
