Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Live Operations to oversee and support our live streaming operations. The role involves coordinating between hosts, marketing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient live selling sessions across e-commerce online platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Lazada etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily live stream schedules.
  • Ensure all products, prices, and promotions are updated before and during live sessions.
  • Work closely with hosts and content teams to prepare scripts, visuals, and product lineups.
  • Track live stream performance metrics such as views, sales conversion, and engagement.
  • Troubleshoot technical or operational issues during live sessions.
  • Communicate with logistics and inventory teams for product availability.
  • Support post-live reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, live streaming operations, or online retail.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
