Digital Marketing Support: Assist in online campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions to increase traffic and sales.

Sales Analysis: Track online sales performance, create reports, and suggest improvements.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback.

Coordination: Work with suppliers, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Needed

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales analytics

  • Basic understanding of inventory and order management
