We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our production, procurement, retail and wholesale operations and ensure smooth order processing, coordination with partners, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in supply chain support, with solid experience using ERP systems. Familiarity with Shopify and ERP's like MRPeasy or production to sales workflows is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate oversight of ERP system to inform managers of inventory requirements
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate and clean data within systems.
  • Report and identify production and procurement requirements accurately and in a timely manner using ERP systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate product and pricing data across channels via ERP and Shopify.
  • Coordinate with production/warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between systems
  • Support reporting, including sales performance, stock status, and order tracking
  • Support future procurement forecasting and production cycles via data led analysis.
  • Liaise with finance and operations teams for supplier invoicing and payments.
  • Ensure alignment of product information with e-commerce platforms where needed (e.g., Shopify)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a wholesale, operations, or supply chain support role
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, DEAR, Cin7, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with wholesale B2B portals or platforms such as Faire
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software
  • Background in consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php38,000.00 per month
