Required Skills

  • 1–2 years in client-facing success or support roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication, especially in virtual settings
  • Confidence leading one-on-one doctor walkthroughs via video/phone
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer journeys
  • Comfortable educating end users on tool best practices

Helpful Skills

  • Previous success in onboarding or training roles
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows or AI platforms
  • Experience supporting physicians or clinical teams
  • Bilingual (French or Spanish) is a plus
