Job description:
We are the leading plastic distributor and plastic solutions provider in the Philippines. We are a growing company and continually looking for candidates who are willing to work with us from Mondays to Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine the needed documents for processing Business Permit and Licenses.
- Document Preparation and Collection.
- Organize Supporting Documents
- Liaise with the accounting/finance department for details on capital investment, gross sales (for renewals), and any financial documents needed.
- Facilitate the Submission and Application of Business Permit and Licenses
- Tracking Application Status
- Obtain Fee Assessment and Payment Approval
- Claim the approved Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, and any other pertinent documents.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all business permits, licenses, official receipts, and supporting documents. This includes both physical and digital copies
- Proactively track the annual renewal deadline
- Assist in Payroll preparation
