Job Responsibilities

Psychometric Expertise

  • Design, administer, and interpret psychometric assessments for recruitment, talent development, and leadership evaluation.
  • Recommend and implement updated assessment tools to ensure effective candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify behavioral competencies and align assessments with organizational goals.
  • Customize and validate assessment tools (e.g., cognitive ability tests, personality inventories, emotional intelligence measures) for specific roles and departments.
  • Analyze assessment data to support decision-making in recruitment, promotions, team dynamics, and succession planning.

Recruitment & HR Functions

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment team, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Draft and review job descriptions across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
  • Propose and implement training programs to support employee development.
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and data-driven hiring practices.
  • Serve as a key HR recruitment leader, supporting the transition of the current Recruitment Manager into a broader HR leadership role.
  • Drive initiatives that bring innovation, diversity, and fresh perspectives to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Psychometrician.
  • With experience working with psychometric platforms (e.g., Hogan, SHL, Talent Q, Korn Ferry, etc.)
  • With experience in Assessment and Recruitment.
  • Ammendable to work onsite from Mon to Fri.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month

  • Assessment/Testing: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Registered Psychometrician (Preferred)
