Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
  • Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
  • Manage hiring for specialized Technical, Non-Technical and Corporate roles
  • Ensure accuracy in updating the recruitment database and other recruitment related reports on a real-time basis
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (4yrs) related to Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or other relevant programs

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field with proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT candidates in diverse roles

  • Must have hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, virtual, face to face)

  • Strong technical knowledge with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for specialized IT roles
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and in-demand skill sets
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
