Job Title: Recruitment Associate

Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday to Friday

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Up to 35K

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar HR function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
