We are a U.S.-based pest control company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has several years of office/admin experience and strong scheduling skills. You will be a key support staff member, ensuring customers are taken care of and operations run smoothly.

This position offers room to grow within the company as we continue expanding.

Responsibilities

  • Send SMS reminders and updates to customers
  • Respond to customer emails quickly and professionally
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and track responses
  • Handle scheduling of services and coordinate with technicians
  • Assist with human resources (tracking applicants, onboarding, records)
  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Take notes, assign tasks, and maintain organized workflows
  • Follow company SOPs and use AI tools for office support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of office or administrative experience
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Ability to follow systems and processes consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
