Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 1 year of experience in a BPO company
With experience handling financial, banking, or collection account is an advantage
Amenable to work either in Mckinley Taguig or in SM MOA in Pasay
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and politely to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues related to products or services by understanding customer concerns, identifying root causes, and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments
Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service processes
Stay updated on company policies, ongoing promotions, and product information
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
