, we're on a mission to make sustainability the new standard for the food and beverage industry. Our eco-friendly straws are
locally made
designed to help cafés, restaurants, and other F&B businesses serve responsibly while supporting local agriculture.

We're looking for a
Sales & Marketing Intern
who's passionate about food, coffee, and the environment. Someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn how sales, marketing, and market research work together in a purpose-driven business.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify and qualify potential clients across the F&B sector (cafés, restaurants, hotels, and distributors).
  • Build and maintain a
    leads database
    for sales outreach, helping the team prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Assist in reaching out to prospective clients and supporting ongoing customer relationships.
  • Help manage and organize leads, update CRM systems, and prepare sales performance reports.
  • Support in creating sales and marketing materials such as decks, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Contribute to
    social media management
    including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Participate in sustainability and F&B events to represent the brand when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A foodie or coffee enthusiast who enjoys connecting with the local F&B scene.
  • Has an
    entrepreneurial mindset
    — proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is an advantage.
  • Has an eye for design and can assist in creating visually appealing materials.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing trends.
  • Speaking a regional dialect (Bisaya, Ilonggo, etc.) is a big plus for connecting with local partners.
  • Organized, adaptable, and passionate about sustainability and innovation.

Compensation

  • Internship allowance: ₱5,000/month
