The Opportunity

Guard All Electronic Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support professional to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, providing effective solutions to customers security systems
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and training to customers on the use of our security systems
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Continuously update your knowledge on the latest technologies and security solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to improve product features and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Familiarity with common security systems, such as surveillance cameras, access control, alarm systems and walk through metal detection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willing to work out of town project
