About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' in our Lahug Cebu City Cebu office. This full-time role will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients through virtual processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A friendly, professional and courteous demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
