Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (quality, productivity, and attendance)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • With or without BPO/call center experience — training will be provided
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
