Job Summary

The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by securing room bookings, group reservations, and event sales. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual guests to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target new business opportunities from corporate accounts, travel agencies, group bookings, and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with tour operators, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), and travel agents to boost bookings.

Client Relations

  • Handle inquiries for rooms, events, banquets, and special packages.
  • Conduct site inspections, hotel tours, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide personalized service and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after their stay or event.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain an updated client database and track all sales activities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the reservations, events, and front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
