This role is looking for an experienced IT Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The right candidate will lead the team in implementing and maintaining robust access control systems, ensuring security and efficiency meet business expectations.

The challenge is to:

  • Oversee the management and administration of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Design and deploy IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and ensure high-performance deliverables.
  • Administer and support SSO, MFA, and PAM tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors, to analyze access requirements, implement appropriate solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Manage regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Responsible for IAM-related issues and provide technical support.
  • Develop and enforce access control policies and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational works for associated security request SLAs of IT security operational topics.

Do you have experience in the following?:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8–15 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related cybersecurity domains.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Azure AD (Entra ID), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions like SailPoint, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
  • Core Competencies: Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and access governance frameworks.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly assimilate information, apply risk, threat, and vulnerability control principles, and evaluate their business and IT impact across multiple domains.
  • Certifications (Preferred): One or more of the following – CISA, CISSP, CISM, MCP, or CCSP.
  • Vendor & Technology Management: Experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing technology vendors and IAM solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
