AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)The Marketing Associate supports the Assistant Online Marketing Manager/s in the set-up, maintenance, and growth of the brand's online sales channels. She/He works closely with internal Brand Marketing team and external partners to operationalize the online sales channel strategy and executions of the brand.YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAYOnline Sales Channel ManagementImplement channel strategy and plans on online sales channels by performing day-to-day tasks — including product listing, content upload, campaign enrollment, promotion set up, etc., accurately and promptlyAssist the Assistant Online Marketing Managers in the development of promo synopses, job orders, customer experience briefs, competitor reports and other documents needed to actualize and optimize channel strategiesCollaborate with Key Account Managers daily for any business-as-usual or adhoc requirements needed to actualize channel initiativesSupport Assistant Online Marketing Managers in executing live selling activities, as needed, in collaboration with Communications and Multimedia teamsConduct periodic audits of content on online stores and implement changes neededAssist in the maintenance of internal documents on store management, asset guidelines and other necessary content management resourcesProvide administrative support needed by Online Marketing team to execute channel plans and initiatives, as neededCommunication & CollaborationEffectively communicate updates on deliverables to Assistant Online Marketing ManagersEncourage openness and feedback in ways of workingCollaborate and learn from different internal and external teamsBrand & Product LoveBe extremely knowledgeable in the brand's products & servicesShow strong understanding for the brand and all its product linesYOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
