Group Sales Manager (GSM) specializing in truck sales is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all sales activities related to trucks, which can include light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The Group Sales Manager is responsible for supplementing unit sales as needed to support the team in meeting quota targets.

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed truck sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team goals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and commercial clients.
  • Address customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on truck specifications, pricing, and financing.

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop a knowledgeable truck sales team.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Implement incentive programs to drive motivation and results.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Present performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Track customer acquisition and retention to align with sales objectives.

Financial Management

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions.
  • Oversee financing and leasing options, ensuring attractive terms for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies on sales transactions and financing.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent may be acceptable based on experience.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in automotive sales, with a focus on truck sales.
  • 2-3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in high-volume truck or fleet sales is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
