Group Sales Manager

Group Sales Manager (GSM) specializing in truck sales is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all sales activities related to trucks, which can include light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The Group Sales Manager is responsible for supplementing unit sales as needed to support the team in meeting quota targets.
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed truck sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and commercial clients.
- Address customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Provide expert guidance on truck specifications, pricing, and financing.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a knowledgeable truck sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Implement incentive programs to drive motivation and results.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
- Present performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Track customer acquisition and retention to align with sales objectives.
Financial Management
- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions.
- Oversee financing and leasing options, ensuring attractive terms for customers.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies on sales transactions and financing.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent may be acceptable based on experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years in automotive sales, with a focus on truck sales.
- 2-3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, etc.).
- Experience in high-volume truck or fleet sales is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
