We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new construction projects and potential clients through fieldwork, lead generation, and industry networking
  • Identify potential customers and transform them into active sales opportunities
  • Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries, orders, and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project decision-makers
  • Promote our Light Gauge Steel Frame systems and close sales opportunities
  • Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating order details with internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and relay timely updates and client feedback
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering (Mechanical) Architecture, or Construction-related course
  • With at least 5-7 years experience and expertise in Sales and client management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proactive, persistent, and confident in pursuing leads and closing deals
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
