Whitelands Express Inc., a key subsidiary of All Asian Countertrade, Inc., is actively seeking a dedicated Delivery Order Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our delivery and logistics processes across various regions. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Delivery Order Specialist's role is to maintain completeness, create and monitor all required delivery documentations, ensure documentation integrity, analyze, resolve adjustments and properly record into system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the timely processing of delivery documentation:
  • Ensure that the proper guidelines and procedures are strictly observed in creating system-generated Delivery Orders in SAP for AACI.
  • Ensure accuracy and reconcile with the inventory for the generation of systems Delivery Orders.
  • Prepares documents/parcels to transmit into warehouse and sending daily transmittal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any Business course.
  • A minimum of one year relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in SAP System
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Good communication skills coupled with effective follow-up strategies.
  • Proven aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work setting.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
