Job Qualifications:

  • Male or Female.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, encoding, knowledge in MS office (excel, word).
  • Organize, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Retail or Warehouse work environment (preferred)
  • Lives within sangandaan Caloocan city or nearby areas

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments, in coordination with other Departments as needed.
  • Communicates clearly with internal and external customers. Ensuring that they understand all the changes being made to their orders and what are the potential alternatives.
  • Ensure 100% checking and accuracy on all additions and removals made.
  • Responsible for pre-checking and final checking the orders. Ensure that it reflects the customers order 100%, with no lacking or over-picked items.
  • Checks that the item barcode matches the product on hand, and will check for alternate barcodes in case of discrepancies.
  • Reports any mismatching images or product descriptions.
  • Minimize the errors reported from other Teams (ex. forget to remove items, wrong remove of in stock items from the order, adding items without picking, lacking markings or adding the wrong substitute).
  • Raise concerns relating to Order Specialist negligence (poor tone of voice, lack of communication or failure to amend picklist correctly).
