Purpose of the Job:

As an Order Fulfillment Analyst at Nestlé Philippines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for analyzing order data, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to optimize the order fulfillment process. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing and Management:

  2. Analyze and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  3. Monitor order status and proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding any delays or issues.

  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  5. Utilize data analytics tools to track order fulfillment metrics, identify trends, and generate reports for management review.

  6. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve order fulfillment efficiency.

  7. Collaboration and Coordination:

  8. Work closely with sales, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  9. Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.

  10. Process Improvement:

  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the order fulfillment workflow and implement best practices.

  12. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance.

  13. Customer Service:

  14. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.

  15. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

  16. Compliance and Documentation:

  17. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all order fulfillment activities.

  18. Maintain accurate documentation of order fulfillment processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or a related role
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is a plus
