About the Role

The Recruitment Consultant will partner with hiring managers and candidates to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent sourcing, assessment coordination, candidate experience management, and client support. You will help drive high-quality hiring decisions while promoting our employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or interviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support hiring managers by preparing job postings and talent market research
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in developing recruitment metrics and reports as needed

Qualifications

Open to Fresh Graduates — ideally with coursework in HR, Psychology, Business, or any related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong coordination skills

Passionate about people, talent development, and organizational growth

Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Internship or experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools or recruitment processes
