We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manila

Key responsibilities:

  • Working as a Recruiter Consultant means that you will be working closely with our business development team and assisting them in the recruitment process for the open positions our clients have.
  • Sourcing potential candidates on international markets through a variety of methods and identifying potential talents in the market via LinkedIn, Job portals, Internal Database and Personal networks.
  • Pipelining good-fit candidates and interviewing them via telephone and video calls for active roles.
  • Being accountable for weekly KPIs and targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within an Executive Search firm
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, able to work full-time in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Energetic and positive individual, oriented towards constantly improving his / her skills
  • Sales and result-driven mindset
  • Leadership skills preferred
