Position: HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
for one of our key clients, ideally from a
multinational company
. The role calls for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in HR Management — particularly strong in
Learning & Development (L&D)
and
Organizational Development (OD)
.
What You Will Do
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Lead capability-building, leadership development, and engagement programs.
- Design and implement OD interventions such as culture initiatives and change management.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively implemented across the organization.
What the Client is Looking For
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, including work in a multinational setting.
- Proven track record in L&D and OD program design and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
